Each post begins with a strategy call to align on topic, audience, and goals. When needed, I can source expert quotes to strengthen the piece.

I include SEO keyword integration and deliver a complete 1,500–2,000 word post ready to publish.

After an initial strategy conversation, I begin my editing process. You'll receive two versions: one with tracked suggestions and one clean version for review.

Book an intro call, so we can talk through your project and next steps. 

From our first call to the final delivery, I'm available for questions and check-ins so you're never left with unanswered questions or wondering where we’re at in the process.

🟡 Proposal and onboarding

You'll receive a proposal with timeline, scope, and rate. Once you’re ready to move forward, you'll get access to a shared Google Drive folder and your project tracker. 

🟡 Research and copywriting

We dig into your brand through a focused briefing process. I research, write, and deliver your copy in a clear layout, so it’s ready for your feedback. 

🟡 Copy revisions

Two rounds of revisions to get everything just right. 

🟡 Copy handoff

Final, ready-to-publish copy delivered. I stick around if you have any questions as your copy goes live.

What industries do you work with? 

Because my work is research-backed, I’m able to step into different industries and get up to speed quickly. My clients have included travel, fintech, jewelry, wellness, and professional services — among others. If you’re not sure whether it’s a fit, reach out and tell me a bit about your project. Then, we can decide if it makes sense to book an intro call.

Do you use AI?

Yes. AI is part of my toolkit, and I use it for research and ideation. The work I deliver is fully developed and refined by me, backed by years of hands-on experience I’m always adding to. AI supports my process, but it’s not the final product. The end result fully reflects your unique voice, audience, and brand strategy.

What is a brand strategy?

A brand strategy is the foundation behind everything your brand says and how it says it. It typically includes your brand voice and tone, target audience, core messaging, and what makes you different. Without it, copy can end up sounding generic (not because the writing is bad, but because there's no strategic direction behind it). If you're not sure whether you have brand strategy, it probably needs some attention first. I'm happy to refer you to brand strategists I trust.

Do I need a brand strategy before we work together — or can we start where I’m at?

Yes. A brand strategy must be in place first, whether you created it or developed it with a brand strategist. Effective messaging comes from clarity around your voice, audience, and direction — and I recommend getting that foundation in place before writing copy.

Can we start right away? 

All new projects include a two-week onboarding period. This gives us time to get everything in place before writing begins. During that time, you can get familiar with the briefing questionnaire while I get things set up and scheduled on my end. I sometimes have a waitlist, so the next available start date may be beyond that initial two-week window.

What’s your refund policy?

To reserve time for your project, a 50% non-refundable commencement fee is required. The remaining balance is due within 30 days or upon delivery of the second version — whichever comes first. 

If the project is canceled, for any reason, all work completed up to that point will be delivered as-is. If the value of the work exceeds your deposit, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. Once the balance is paid in full, copyright transfers to you and you can use the copy however you’d like.
