Hiiii, I’m Stéphanie.
My journey with words and storytelling led me to launch Bright Spot Copywriting on January 1st, 2022.
Before then, I worked as a bookkeeper turned lead copywriter and content marketing strategist for a niche accounting firm.
I led the company’s rebrand and created content that consistently generated leads. From onboarding to ongoing services, I wrote the words that nurtured a seamless and engaging client experience.
Now, I help online brands get SEO and conversion-driven copy written in their authentic brand voice for their ideal audience.
The result: Clients rank higher in search engines, organically reach aligned leads, and work with more of the right-fit people.

I was born in France (hence the accent aigu “é”) and grew up in Louisiana and Texas. Laissez les bon temps rouler, ya’ll! (Yikes. Forget I said that! 😅)

Today, I live in Colorado, where I enjoy experiencing full-on seasons and nature-y things to do year-round — but I do miss cajun and creole food!
I’m currently writing my second book, Mothering in the Wild, which is a memoir about my motherhood journey, so far.

In 2008, I took a gap year, where I solo-traveled through England, Spain, and France, working and exploring. That year was one of the best decisions I ever made.
In Spain, I worked as an English Teacher at a summer camp in Cuenca.
